Horrible service!! Don’t bother.
Ive been a customer of Wells Tyres for over 40 years. In the last two years, service has gone to the pot. I booked a service a few months ago, came back 6 hours later and they had not touched it, only apologised stating no staff. Booked another service last week and same poor service. Took 5 hours for a 1 hour basic service. Have now decided not to use this useless place after 40 years.

Tyres and Spoons in Wells
They sold me some tyres - what made it great is Wetherspoons is just up the road so whilst the tyres were being fitted I went and had a full English with an extra sausage and a refillable coffee - whats not to like?!!:
When I got back to the workshop the manager pointed out a potential problem causing the front brake pads to wear unevenly - he was correct and the problem has been rectified
