Good value & overall experience
I booked Protyre (Warwick) when searching for the most reasonable price on Hankook tyres which I'd loved on my current vehicle. Booking process was easy to use and find a suitable slot, with the branch remaining easy to reach from my home location. Warmly welcomed, free hot drinks and desks/chairs were good for continuing work. Two tyres were changed within 30 mins and FoC mirror/laser alignment utilised that discovered abnormal wear was caused by being out a few degrees. I was given an option to have it fixed for £48 but deferred for a month as they tyres had severely impacted me financially for the month. When paid up and told the vehicle was ready, there was a clear warning light on the dash; the team jumped on it and cleared the fault (car transponder not updating very quickly) and I drove away. However, another fault then displayed for winter tyres being exceeded for their speed limitation! I turned off notifications, but, feel that a quick test drive would have ensured all bugs had bee ironed out before handing the vehicle back - so I've removed 1 star and hope it's viewed constructively; all staff were great from start to finish and I'll certainly return.

I bought a Groupon voucher for an air conditioning regas and pollen filter replacement. After booking, I had to wait over a week for my appointment. Then, on the day of the appointment,3 hours before I received a call telling me it had been cancelled.
What disappointed me most was the attitude when booking. It felt like they were treating voucher customers differently, as if they were doing me a favour because I had a Groupon voucher instead of treating me like a normal paying customer.
Overall, it was a frustrating experience with poor customer service and a waste of time. I wouldn't use this service again.
