Easy to arrange the appointment and select the tyres. The report showing brake condition was helpful and the advisories around track rod ends was appreciated (cancelled the tracking and refunded until fixed).

The whole experience from booking in to…
The whole experience from booking in to being greated on arrival to being told how long the job would take waiting in a clean reception, offered free drinks and finished by having my car keys given back in the time by the man who greated me. He was polite and always had a smile on his face. I would recommend to all my friends and family once again thank you to Kevin who made my stay a pleasure.

Speedy service.
I rang up to get a price for my tyres which was satisfactory and an appointment was made for the following day. On arrival my car was quickly driven into the bay and two new tyres were speedily put on. Because there were two there was a discount which was appreciated. The staff were polite and helpful. If I had any criticism it would be that I was not asked to what pressure my tyres were usually inflated and I did have to reduce the pressure slightly on the new ones.
