The staff were polite, friendly and helpful but the wait for a booked single tyre change was too long. The excuse given was we only have one tyre fitter was not acceptable.

Everything went smoothly
Everything went smoothly. MOT was done as per the appointment. The Technician replaced a bulb for me that blew on the way to the appointment. Fortunately I carry a bulb kit so I had a replacement available. He also pointed out an issue on a rear light cluster which was due to broken mounting clips.
All in all a 5 star experience

Ordered tyres online but when I arrived at the time allocated no tyres .
So had to rebook for fitting a phone call to prevent wasted journey would have been appreciated .
Otherwise tyres a good price and
fitting well done .

Abs issue which could have been really expensive for me , but the lads at Elmbridge/ Protyre managed to sort out the Abs pump which In all honesty was greatly appreciated because I really couldn't have afforded the price of the new pump approx 1750 for the part !!! . This has now enable me to continue driving for a while longer. I really thank you for your time and patience with my car and would definitely recommend you to anyone .

Been using this site since protyre took the reins. And before then. It's walking distance for me so it's easy to drop mine or my wife's car off for service or mot. They always get in touch when the car is ready for collection.
