I won’t be a returning customer
Well my booking was 3, told I’d have an hour wait to swap the tyre, could have texted to ask me to come in an hour later. The staff need to be mindful of their conversations when customers are in the waiting area! I won’t be back!
Not sure how long someone waits for a manager to reach out! But I guess it looks good if you reply saying they will!
