I dropped my car off at about 0915 for…
I dropped my car off at about 0915 for a service and M O T, at about 1400 I was informed that I needed a bit of work on my car with the time what it was I just agreed I was annoyed that they had had my car all that time and then told me that something was wrong, I blame myself for leaving the service and M O T till the last minute I will know for next time.

Service and MOT at ProTyre.
I have used ProTyre on 2 occasions but not for a service and MOT, I was very impressed with the customer service aspect when handing the keys over after the booking process. The person told me a time when it would be due to be collected and that was correct. I have always been impressed with the staff at the 2 branches I have used. I have always used main dealerships in the past but as my car is old and not under any warranty now I choose well in my view to use ProTyre. As I used this branch for the second time I was very pleased with all aspects of the service and will use it again. The cost was not exorbitant, I paid for the Platinum service and I feel I got a good deal I did have vouchers but forgot to use them which was my fault.
