Easy to book online, but marketing send chase emails based on outdated data - offered me 20% off a day after I'd booked my MOT. Standard of MOT seems very variable a "clean pass" last year got 5 advisories this year on just 4k miles - and one advisory was a windscreen chip fixed before purchase 2 years ago. Arguably being done to the absolute letter, but I question who this benefits.

Had my wheels aligned at Protyre, Hemel Hempstead on a 50% off offer. Booking online was straightforward and easy with plenty of availability including same day. Staff were great and it was all done within half an hour. I received a report showing before and after.

Excellent service and honest advice from a company that understands both customer service and their products. I ordered a full set of tyres via the Protyre online service and got a large discount as a result along with a choice of fitting dates & times. The tyres were delivered to the workshop next day and fitted on time. Can't fault the whole procedure in any way and all the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. No hesitation to recommend them.
