Wheel balance and aligment
I popped in from the street as my Tiguan’s steering wheel was shaking a bit when driving around 70 mph.
At reception, they technically offered a wheel balance and check. I expected that this take a while as I had no time appointment but no more than 15–20 minutes later, they diagnosed the issue and recommended a wheel alignment, hoping this would sort the problem.
Another 10–15 minutes later, and it was all sorted.
It checked it after 2 days when I was next time on the motorway and workek very well, the service and solution were excellent. I will 100% go back next time if I have any issue or I need tyres or any help. They not cheap so this worth mention but the service is very ok.

Don’t trust them
Don’t trust them, they fix things that you didn't ask them to fix without asking you. They changed an oil gasket and catalyst until without my prior knowledge, only to find it was added to the bill.

Protyre in Guildford for MOT and Service
I used Protyre in Guildford for the MOT and service on my vehicle. Service was prompt, efficient and reasonably priced, as usual.
What stands out for me is the quick and simple booking system - direct response to a phone call - and then attention to detail when the friendly staff deal with me.

Very pleasent staff both booking in and mechanic, waiting for me when I arrived and got straight on with my MOT ,as I waited I could see on a Tv screen the car being checked. Clear advice given afterwards - one tyre will need replacing soon ,no pressure to buy today ,only quoted a price when requested.This is my third visit and every visit has been equally good. The Professionals
Ordered tyres on the internet for my RR Sport to be fitted by Protyres but when I contacted them they suggested that the tyres I had ordered were not suitable and after some discussion suggested a tyre that would meet my requirements and I duly had these tyres fitted.

Best Car care in Guildford
The people working in this establishment are all honest polite and sincere practitioners both in the Reception Office and the Work area.
I have used them over recent years and I advise people I know to use this service.
I would go as far as to say you can actually see the older personnel teaching the younger ones to be straight and honest. Much as I hate to use the term there is no element of rip-off. As well as myself I have seen other customers, the young, the worried, the aged all being treated with empathy and respect. I totally recommend this particular service.
