excellent service
I’d had the MOT done on my car and was told I had a nail in my rear tyre, but that it would be repairable. I took it to Protyre the follow morning and explained the issue.
I was offered coffee while they went off to sort my tyre out.
About 10 mins later I was told that it was only a pin caught in the tread so no repairs necessary.
The young guy who returned my keys said he had also checked the pressure on all my tyres.
When asking how much I owed, I was told there was no charge as nothing had been needed.
I thought this was remarkable service and will tell all my friends about my experience.
I have used Protyre previously to buy new tyres and found them friendly and professional.

Good prices and service
Had two tyres replaced (good discount vs one tyre) and asked for wheels to be rotated. Competitive price and work undertaken at the time booked online. Had spoken to the Manager (Chris?) the day before for advice on tyres (Continental SportContact 7 vs 6) which was willingly given. Whilst I waited, the calm efficiency of the workshop was a stark contrast to my first experience there 4/5 years earlier. A change in Management/personnel has worked wonders. I'm a happy customer.

Great service
Knowledgeable staff, professional, friendly and happy to give advice. Gave an honest appraisal of existing tyres and which needed replacement. The appointment was on time and the tyre changes were completed quickly and efficiently.

Visited this branch today after making an appointment yesterday.
Staff were friendly and ready and started the tyre changes immediately.
All done in less than 30 minutes.

Simply The Best
They have a broad selection of tyres at competitive prices, but unlike most tyre places, they offer much more. I booked my car in for an MOT later that same week. It failed but they were able to schedule the repairs and the re-test pass for the very next day. Back home, I found that the advisories noted a nail/screw in a tyre that was not deflating. I was able to book it in for a check the same day, where they removed the screw and repaired the tyre at no charge! They give you a time when you book, and stick to it, their estimates of the duration for your job are accurate, and they have a comfortable waiting room with free coffee. On one of my visits, despite being fully booked, they were able to squeeze in and rapidly help out an unexpected lady with a damaged tyre who was, literally, on her way to Scotland. All of which is done in a polite, expert, honest and thoroughly professional way. Why go anywhere else?
