Hello,
Sadly, I am writing this email as I feel Protyre customers service has failed.
I have used your Caterham garage for my cars for a few years now.
I received notification of September discounts and decided to book for a new tyre, wheel alignment and air con regas.
My error was booking on 1st October, so the discounts understandably didn’t apply. I phoned the garage and was informed the aircon discount could be applied in the garage in person.
I completed the online booking but was unable to utilise the discount codes.
When I arrived for my appointment, I was told due to booking online, no action could be changed.
This feels like a flaw in the process and from a customer perspective is deflating.
The Protyre Caterham garage always had a friendly feel, but my recent experience is more like something I would expect from Kwik Fit.
I paid the bill but will probably look elsewhere for a garage with a more personal feel.
I am sorry to give this feedback but feel it’s important that you know.

I can see from our records that a partial refund for the discounted amount was issued to you on the 7/09/26. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for this to appear in your account. This is dependent on your bank provider.

Good price but rip you off later…
Good price on website for tyres and fitting, easy booking process but was charged an extra £120 at the garage because of a reason I’ve never heard of before (some rubbish about Fords need something extra when changing their tyres) now feel ripped off and wish I’d gone elsewhere.

Had an MOT it failed which is fine but…
Had an MOT it failed which is fine but what it failed on some of the faults were correct but some were not so took it to another 3 garages they confirmed that some of the faults were not fails. So I went back was spoken to very rude and nothing was resolved. So lost £50 and had to pay another £50 to get another MOT. And guess what they passed it with only one fault compared to there 4. Absolutely avoid this company. AWFUL. Scammers.
