Great service
I rang them at 830am on Saturday morning and they offered an appointment at 9.15. They asked all the relevant questions during the call and told me the best price they could offerfor two unusual tyres. The price was good and they had fitted me with replacements in very quick time. The staff are welcoming, well informed and to the point.

Brilliant service
I Visited bury tyres in Bury St Edmunds today and there was a very polite helpful chap called Adam. He sorted my car out with an air conditioning re gas and repaired my car with no issues at all I can not recommend bury tyres enough and now will let my freinds and family know about them. Even better my car wasn’t even booked in they just done it for me. 10/10 service. Thank you Adam 👍😊

Booked an appointment time online in…
Booked an appointment time online in advance for 4 new tyres. Apparently their system does not take correct account of online bookings, so if there are walk-in customers hey are given preference. I waited quite some time over my appointment and had to enquire as to when my tyres were actually going to get fitted. This is how I found the above out from reception. It took 30mins over and above to move my car off the forecourt. Will not be doing this again!
