Excellent service.
Excellent service from everyone at Protyre, I had only booked the night before and when I turned up they were quick and efficient and the kept me in the loop about where they were up to with my tyres.
The staff there were all friendly and also professional.
I will be returning for tyres when they next need anything doing, also I noticed that they also do Air-Con services so that will be definitely booked in with them soon.

Yeah useless lads not as they use to…
Yeah useless lads not as they use to be, couldn't be bother taking my wheel nuts off saying they don't have the tools never mind putting new tyres. Went back home DIY impact wrench took the nuts off my self and I went to proper garage.

Only slight inconvenience was that I could not get an answer on the phone and had to go to the Buckley site to book an appointment, fortunately I only live a short distance away.

Booked in for a wheel alignment and…
Booked in for a wheel alignment and when the car was on the ramp I noticed the car wasn’t level, I thought am I just imagining it so I asked the fitter and was told the ramp has been broken for a while. I thought to myself how are you supposed to do a wheel alignment with a car that doesn’t sit flat. The readings were all over the place . The ramp should be taken out of service immediately for wheel alignment as it’s not fit for purpose and the garage shouldn’t be taking money off people that are not aware of this issue and not getting the service that has been paid for. I’ve always used Buckley tyres for alignment and unfortunately that will be the last. Very disappointed!

booked in for noisey exhast flexi pipe…
booked in for noisey exhast flexi pipe after system replaced last september they found flexi pipe faulty centre box and tail box baffles faulty all replaced under gauentee on top of this lower engine mount faulty and front discs pads needed replacementall work done efficiently and at a reasonable cost well done to the staff that did the work
