I telephoned ahead with regard to a flat tyre I had and gave the tyre information I needed it changed for, the gentleman declined to order one in case it could be repaired. I arrived and spoke to the same gentleman who was extremely condescending towards me in a waiting room full of customers. I waited for 2.5 hours to be told that the tyre couldn’t be repaired and they would fit one of their own brand. I was told that I ought to change the remaining 3 tyres as they had only 4mm of tread. I explained I only urgently needed one replacing and was again extremely rude, telling me to be sure to come back and get the others changed. I felt completely humiliated and extremely frustrated at the length of time it took, with no information being offered; I had to ask several times. I will not be returning!

Welcoming and friendly. Easy to talk to and gave genuine advice. Did not try to sell or charge me for anything I didn't need! Was helpful with suggestions and alternatives. Went back several times after replacing my tyre to ask for advice, and they were just as friendly and open with free checks and suggestions. Great place to go!

I have used Protyre in Bracknell on several occasions over several years and always found there service excellent. They are always friendly, honest and well priced. I definitely recommend them.

The manager at this Branch is personable, knowledgeable, resourceful and has a total "can do" approach. From the moment you step into the depot your problem becomes a shared problem with him and his team all of whom share his desire to provide excellent customer service.

I had booked a slot at bracknell branch for 12.00. I organised things so I would arrive 15min before appointment. On arriving I then found out that the booking wasn't really a time booking, more a way of reserving the tyres you need. I had to wait an hr and 45min before I got my car back. I'm not critical of the service at the branch, plus they were the best priced. But I think Protyre should change their processes so that it is made clear you are not booking a time slot.

The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They advise on the costs of different makes of tyres to suit your budget and preference. They even managed to procure a tyre for my tractor a few years back. I have found them all to be very polite and helpful even when faced with difficult customers. I have used this company for a number of years and will continue to do so.

I have used Protyre for many years and they have always been honest and competitive, most recently in checking whether two tyres deemed needing immediate replacement by main Mercedes dealership needed replacing - they didn't!
