Tyres only from now on…
I have been using these guys for years and would have given them a 5 star review. My Dash had lit up like a Christmas tree I took my car there to be looked at and was told, more than likely I needed 2 bearings and 2 wheel bearing sensors, to the time of £1300. I said thankyou and good bye and got a quote at another garage £300 same work carried out and I got an MOT. Cars been good as gold since.

Great Value - Great Service
Had a booking for 4pm. They called me at 2.30pm and asked if i wanted an earlier appointment. I checked in at 3pm and was done and usted by 4pm.
four new tyres on my EQC at significantly lower price than Mercedes for exactly the same tyre.

I had to have four tyres replaced
I had to have four tyres replaced, was informed there was an hour wait but ended up being over an hour and a half. I understand that sometimes this happens but was given no apology or explanation.
I had to return the following week as a warning light saying my tyre pressure required checking, this was due to not being reset at the time.
I was then told the problem was resolved however after leaving and a few minutes driving I discovered this was not the case and had to return, which resulted in being late for an appointment, again no apology or explanation.
Not very impressed at all.
Also as I explained to the member of staff my name he had on the computer and the name you have on this review feedback is incorrect!

Had a free ac check
Had a free ac check was told there was gas but system had a blockage which they cannot deal with. Fair enough. Had an independent specialist look at the vehicle and here is no gas and a leak in the condenser so completely wrong information. Appreciate it was a free check but you would like the correct information from so called professionals.

Professional service - safety first - very helpful (and a free drink!)
I visited the garage to get my tracking done as I was not happy with the handling. It was booked in online and I took advantage of a 50% offer. When I brought the car in, one of the mechanics informed me that both front tyres were illegal. I knew they needed attention but hoped this could have been done afterwards. this wasn't the case so I had the front two tyres replaced and rebooked the wheel alignment for later that afternoon. Apparently, it was close to impossible as one of the track rod ends was stuck/seized. After some time heating, it was released and the alignment became possible. I was informed that the ends may need replacing next time. Genuinely pleased with my visit if a little time consuming but all safe now - many thanks!!
