❌Inconsistent vehicle check reports and lack of accuracy❌
I visited Protyre twice within a few days for tyre replacements. During my first visit, my rear right tyre was measured and reported at 5.0mm, marked as green (OK). However, just three days later during my second visit, the exact same tyre was suddenly reported at 3.0mm and flagged as an amber advisory.
There is no way a tyre loses 2mm of tread depth in three days with minimal driving. This drastic inconsistency shows a lack of attention to detail and accuracy in their vehicle health checks.
As a customer, this inconsistency makes it very difficult to trust their reports or recommendations. It leaves me wondering whether the measurements are being taken carelessly or if the reports are deliberately adjusted to push unnecessary replacements. Very disappointing experience, and I have lost confidence in their professionalism.
