Prospect have been managing my property for over 12 years. They have been excellent, particularly Nikki and Matteo

I always find Nikki to be extremely helpful in co-ordinating any rental property issues with trades that need to carry any work. Nikki makes my life as a landlord so much easier!

We have found Nikki Gardner (of Prospect) to be very competent, professional and efficient in managing the property; checking the condition, obtaining maintenance quotes, and liaising with the tenants and ourselves

Nikki Gardner has been my property manager for a number of years now providing a fully managed service for my two properties. She is very efficient in advising of any issues brought to her attention and arranging rectification works to be carried out which is perfect for my situation as I now live in Somerset following retirement. On the rare occasion Nikki is not around e mails are picked up by a colleague and responded to in a timely manner. All together a first class serivce and highly recommeded if you are thinking of letting property.

Nikki is our property manager and she is just fab! Always goes over and above and we would be lost without her!

As a landlord, managing a property remotely can be stressful. Thankfully with Nikki Gardner as the property manager I don't have to worry so much. Been dealing with Nikki Gardner at Prospects for a number of years now with regards to our rented property in Berkshire. She is extremely professional and we are very happy with the service we have received over the years.

The professional and friendly service we received from Nikki, made the whole letting experience trouble free and effortless.

Very good company

1- I had some viewings with them and found a place for 150K. I offered 140K and they didn't put it forward. Now the place is for 140K on the market.
2- They confirmed twice by email and their brochure that the service charge was zero. After the offer, it turned out that there was a service charge for aroud £600.
3- They have a mortgage broker, even though you agree to have a call with them, they don't bother to call you. I tried calling them at least 10 times, but they didn't even answer the call.

Okay, the viewing side was good, but then everything became so unprofessional.

And now I cancelled my offer and they are saying that they won't show me any more properties.

Honestly, if you’re a landlord and you want to manage your own property, your own tenants and your estate agents, then go ahead with prospect. They are the BIGGEST most appalling bunch of clowns out there. Out of a 12 month letting I had 5 months of full rent - the rest were random fees and deductions that they casually forget about and add on, not to mention £600 for carpet cleaning 2 brand new carpets that didn’t need cleaning! No communication, no skill, knowledge or even common sense. Maidenhead branch - horrendous and even the area manager getting involved achieved nothing - would have been better managing the whole thing myself! Utter chaotic clueless clowns. I know that being an estate agent is a career chosen when you’ve no real skill to apply to another career but they take stupid to new heights!

I had an amazing an experience ,Kallee Ferguson was extremely helpful, and she never hesitated to go the extra mile to get all the information needed and provide me with all the steps that I needed to follow !
