Scam scam scam. It is illegal what they are doing. They have multiple websites in the UK for emergency plumbing, electrical, hvac… they just get your call out fee as they quote a crazy price to fix.

Very misleading price quoted
Very misleading company. They tell you £49 call out charge. Then they call an electrician who will charge you whatever they want plus the £49 fee. Just call the electrician directly instead of going through these. The electrician told me they would never come out for £49.

Do not use those thieves
They send first technician who charged £70 without sorting out the problem. Then they send another technician who suppose to come with a camera. He did not come with the this devise did not sort out the problem and charged £100. In total I have paid £170 and the problem remain as it is. The manager of the company saying that even thought we have sent you those two technicians but we are not responsible of their actions. Refused to give his full name, the address of the company, registration number of the company or any information about the company.

These people are thieves
These people are thieves. Please don’t be fooled by them. They have changed their website to alo pronto 24h. Same people. They tell you something different from when the engineer comes. And they bill you way more. Please read this review before you book them. £59 down the drain, for nothing. Should have read other people’s experience before booking

Watch out. Crooks!! Albanian call center in dirty business with Italian independent electricians.
Called the company after electricity went out.
On the phone, you are told that the intervention will start at 80euros if there’s nothing special to do, but then when on site, the employee charges the client 488.00 euros for pressing a switch without any further actions.
This is the typical crooks/scam company.
You have been warned.
Watch out. Thieves.
