Efficient, timely and friendly. A job well done. PROLUX cleaned all of our carpets, including 2 sets of stairs and two armchairs. Really liked the young man who did the cleaning, and he did a great job. A very large stain on the spare bedroom carpet disappeared - I didn’t think he’d be able to get it out, but it’s gone. I’m a very happy customer. The admin team were brilliant too. Very good at communicating timings etc.

Not carpet cleaners, Miracle Workers!
I had a great experience with Prolux, very proffessional people from communication all the way through to completion. The booking process was hassle free, everything was arranged via WhatsApp. I sent a few photos of the carpets and they quoted on the spot and the price was fixed. There was no messing around with 'how many steps in a staircase' or 'the price is an estimate till our cleaner inspects it' as I found out with other companies (one of which tried to charge me double after inspection. Scammers to say the least). I want to give a shout out to Chris, the cleaner on the day. He was very nice and knowlegeable. Made my carpets look like new again and even did the sofa shifting himself. Top bloke. I'm very happy with the results and 100% recomended.
