Unresponsive customer service
Contacted Proidde.de regarding substandard item which I wanted to return - got no reply. It appears that customer service does not apply to Irish customers. Have bought from the site many times in the past and been satisfied but did not in these cases require customer service. Would now give no star if this was a possibility.
