I ordered five bouquets through here across the country for Mother's Day. Three arrived days late, the other two looked nothing remotely close to the arrangement pictured - and partially wilted. I had to go through two different customer service representatives before I could figure out the reason for the delivery delay, the first two ending the chat abruptly. I was able to get a 50% refund on only two orders. I am NEVER using Proflowers again, what a headache and mistake.

Worst delivery service I have ever experienced with a flower delivery. They were supposed to be delivered for Mother's day but that didn't happen. When I called, they refunded me less than the 30% that I was promised and then promised they would be delivered the next day first thing in the morning. By 6pm the next day they still had not been delivered and zero updates when I called on when they might be delivered. They get 1 star for refunding the order.

I ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day. My mom loved the bouquet, but the flowers used were significantly altered from the photos/description of the bouquet I chose. Several elements were left out and a color change was made which really changed the vibe of the arrangement. I understand this may be due to product running out on such a busy holiday for florists (the bouquet was delivered today on Monday the 11th, which was noted as a possibility when I placed the order on Friday the 8th). However, whoever delivered the bouquet didn't ring my mom's doorbell and just left the flowers in the mail area of her apartment building. This is really unacceptable for flower delivery. She was home, but she wasn't expecting a bouquet and might not have noticed they were delivered. I emailed support and received $30 off the subtotal of my order (not including the delivery fee). I consider this a relatively good customer service response and would consider using this company again, but probably not for Mother's Day.

Ordered flowers for my mom out of state for Mother's Day on 5/4/2026. They did not arrive until almost 9:30pm after I called a few hours earlier to confirm that they would still be delivered that day. Had to talk to two chatbots and a very confused rep who sounded like he was attending a party (very hard to hear). When they did arrive, the flowers were completely different from what I had ordered and still low quality. I was very embarrassed that my mom got these as a gift for her special day.
I emailed about a refund, and they initially only offered 20% back from my almost $100 order. I told them that the amount was insulting, and eventually got a full refund.
Extremely disappointed as this was my first time using ProFlowers. I'll just call a local florist next time.

We ordered flowers on 5/6 and paid the extra fee guaranteeing they would be delivered on 5/7. The flowers STILL were not delivered by 5/10!! When we called they STILL could not guarantee any flowers.
How is this possible? Use 1-800-FLOWERS instead!

I gather that they trust local businesses to arrange and deliver flowers, well I suggest they approve the bouquet before delivery. The bouquet I received looked nothing like the order. I understand that the bouquet won't always be exact, but I expect similarity as close as possible.

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. They claimed that it would be here on Saturday or Sunday, which was fine. Then I got an email on Saturday stating that they couldn’t be delivered and I needed to either go through UPS or FedEx. I called talk to a representative (who did not speak English, which doesn’t surprise me) and he claimed that everything was fine. The order was going to be delivered on Sunday and to have a great day. Then on Sunday at 6:30 AM, I got an email saying that my order was canceled. I called this morning and they are trying to tell me that they reached out multiple times and everything else. So I called back the gentleman (who yet again was not American) decided to tell me that there was nothing they could do. I was refunded and that they tried to reach out, but there was no communication. How is there No communication whenever I called on Saturday?! So in other words if you ever have a problem with ProFlowers and you call, they’re pretty much gonna tell you to shut the hell up because they don’t wanna hear it because they got your money or they returned it and they don’t care about their business.

I bought my girlfriend a bouquet for Mother’s Day. The total cost was $140. I expected a bouquet worthy of that price tag. Instead, I received something I could’ve picked up at a local drug store or supermarket for a fraction of the cost. I’ve seen $20 bouquets that rivaled what they sent me.
They refunded me half, but I still feel cheated. I don’t think what they sent was worth even $70, and my girlfriend’s Mother’s Day present ended up being nowhere near what I wanted it to be

I spent over $100 to have flowers delivered for Mother’s Day. Delivery date was supposed to be 5/8 and it looks like the order wasn’t even shipped until 5/8. It’s 5/11 and the status still does not show them out for delivery. Proflowers issued a $22.80 refund and shipping was $25. To me, this isn’t good enough since the reason I spent the obscene amount of $100+ was for her to have them on her special day. Too little, too late. I will be posting negative reviews on every platform I can.

No flowers for Mother's Day,
I placed my order on 5/2 for a 5/8 delivery. After calling multiple times and being assured that they would be delivered on 5/10 no flowers arrived for my mom. Very disappoionted in this service. Next time I will just call the local florist myself. - Update They have called me and said that they would make this right but when I called back they could not find who called me or why. They asked me to repeat my order info over and over again then said there was nothing they could do. Insult to injury. WASTING MY TIME CALLING YOU BACK when you have a completely untrained staff. Then they said the flowers were delivered. They were not!!!

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day, they never arrived. They tried to give me a partial refund and have the flowers delivered later, but what's the point? The flowers already missed the actual holiday. Just connect directly with a local florist, no point in placing an order with an unreliable service.

Bought flowers for mothers day. The buds were tiny, already turning brown before buds opened. Customer service wouldn't refund amount. Won't buy from again

Mother's Day flowers ordered for delivery on 9/9/26. The delivery person showed up with flowers the left with the flowers. Caught on Ring camera. Then I was notified that the flowers were delivered, that is a lie. Contacted "customer service" in India. They know nothing. Offered to refund some shipping and assured me that flowers would be delivered today. No flowers today! Will be fighting for a full refund but that does not make it right that my mil didn't get her flowers. Do NOT use this company, (also goes by FTD). No flowers and no customer service and added mystery fees after order is placed. Total scam.

Ordered chocolates and flowers for Mothers Day. I wanted them delivered the day before because we were taking my wife out. Chocolates arrived, no flowers. I contact them, they say it’ll be delivered by 6 pm. 8:30 pm, no flowers. Customer service credits me the delivery fee. Next day, still no flowers. Contacted them by 4 pm and had them refund my flowers. What a waste of time. I’ll never order from them again.

Mother's Day Full Nest Bouquet ordered on 5/5, delivered 5/7.
Subtotal $76.50
Delivery Fee $24.98
Tax $8.37
Order Total $109.85
Flowers arrived basically dead - petals and leaves falling off, stems mildewy/molding. Found out about it from recipient on 5/10 and called to get a partial refund. They offered 30%, which was better than nothing and I don't want to spend my entire Mother's Day fighting with Proflowers over the phone so I accepted. They sent $21.60. 😑🤦♀️ $21.60!!! That's not even 20% of just the item total. I will not use Proflowers again and do not recommend that anyone else use them either.

I’m extremely disappointed with ProFlowers. I paid extra for expedited delivery, only to receive zero updates throughout the entire process. The flowers ended up being scheduled for delivery FIVE days after the intended date, completely defeating the purpose of ordering them in the first place. The lack of communication and reliability was beyond frustrating. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again and suggest you don’t either.

I specifically put the date for my mother's flowers day to be early on a Friday ,because she works at a school. Her real gift , a perfume would be delivered on Sunday. These flowers were supposed to arrive at her work place to make her feel more appreciated amongst her coworkers . Not only did they make me pay and lie about the delivery date till day of . But they delivered on a Sunday . SHE WORKS AT A SCHOOL. THE SCHOOL IS CLOSED on Sundays !!! I called the guy specifically to tell them not to deliver over the weekend . That Monday would be fine . But they offshored their customer service and he seemed lost and didn't speak english well . This whole experience has been bad.

Flowers were delivered late, 7pm and with a "get well" Balloon and card. HAPPY BIRTHDAY was the order. Very poor service! Flowers were nice.
