Melissa was absolutely fabulous! So lovely, friendly and helpful. She understood what I was looking for and explained the different options available to me. Two of the four products were out of stock but she offered for the remaining to be posted to me. They were delivered the next day at no extra cost.

I recently called into the store at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet to purchase some grey mugs which I had viewed online. They are a good quality for a reasonable price. The assistants in ProCook were all welcoming and helpful.

We bought a milk frother and unfortunately stopped working within 2 weeks of buying it.

I purchased a pan from yourselfs and was amazed at the quality it holds.

I was a first time stainless steel user and its taken three cooks to get used to it.

What i have learnt is dont put the gas on a high heat to heat fast and turn down instead put it on a very low heat and gradually heat the pans. Do the water test and if the droplets dance around the pans add your oil and a dollop of butter and cook away.

Dont leave the pan unattended it requires attention more so than non stick pans.

Pro cook your amazing your customer service second to none and your delivery bang on.

A well stocked store. Helpful staff. I needed to replace my small rectangular glass dishes. They are very useful,great for defrosting fish and for small potions.

Fantastic lay out and range of items. Store is clean and spacious so you can walk around comfortably. The quality of items is brilliant. I would of give 5 * however I did find the staff a little surly and short with me and other customers when asking questions or finding out prices. The start are knowledgeable but great customer service would make this store exemplary. 😀
