Fab shop for those who cook and those who eat!
ProCook has a great range of food/cooking inspired equipment at reasonable prices. The shop was laid out well, everything was easy to find and the shop assistant was lovely, very friendly and helpful.

Mixed feelings this time around.
Store is lovely and beautifully laid out and staff try to be helpful. However on this occasion, we new more about the products (coated frying pans) than your customer representative did and she gave us incorrect advise that varied from your web site and the guides on the pans. Also there was clearly a language barrier which didn't help as she didn't understand that electric hobs other than induction exist.
