We were greeted with a lovely cheerful welcome. We explained what we were looking for. We received lots of advice and were shown a full range of products. Then we were left to investigate the range. There was absolutely NO pressure put on us, a refreshing change!

Dangerously ill fitting egg poacher
The egg poacher as a product was very poor and in fact dangerous to use. It returned it to you store for a refund. We tried 3 other poachers from the store room and they all had the fault of an ill fitting poacher cup holder where it sits down on the pan, it wobbles and is dangerously insecure. Your very helpful staff member was going to report it as a batch manufacturing fault.

Amazing staff
Your staff were great with my son buying his first set of professional knives as an apprentice chef. They made sure everything was demonstrated really safely and went through everything with him in detail to make sure he was getting exactly what he needed, and went above and beyond to secure the price match he had been offered via his employer’s account. It was actually a really lovely experience and the ladies both made him feel really special. Thanks
