My little boy is Autistic and has just found his voice so can be very loud we was looking at a plate set to match 1 we already brought which is now discontinued. 1 gentleman was lovely my husband apologised for our son being loud but after 5 minutes he said if he carries on you will have to leave the store. We brought our stuff and we collect it before we left but this made me so angry I thought learners kids was bad but adults these days should know better

We were helped enormously by the man…
We were helped enormously by the man who worked at McArthur Glen , Tamworth. He knew the answers to all our questions about cooking pans and took his time to help my son and I.
Also bought with 20% off which was a bonus.

Such a friendly store
We always visit this store as the staff are always so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. It is always the same staff too which is lovely as so many stores have a high turnover over, this says a lot to us. The store is always clean and tidy and well laid out too
