Not dishwasher proof!
Always bought cookware from Procook. However, had to replace a number of lids (handles detached), woks and frying pans (non-stick came off).
Was told not to put them in the dishwasher. What's the point of them being 'dishwasher safe'?
We don't have time to hand wash everything.
Very disappointed.

Choosing saucepans
The staff spent a lot of time explaining the product to me. I ended up buying a totally different set of saucepans that I went in to buy and I’m over the moon with them.

Shoppers Delight.
We first went to your shop at Castlepoint 3-4 months ago interested in new saucepans and had a in depth conversation about them.The assistant obviously new her job and answered all our questions with confidence, we didn't realise they varied so much.we decided to go back to purchase said pans based on recommendations from the assistant, it's so rare to be able to talk directly with someone who knows her business inside and out .We would not hesitate to use precooked again in the future, Keep up the good work.
