Love cooking
I was uncertain of purchasing a decent carving and a preparation knife. I was fed up if not being able to carve meat. I finished up purchasing a smaller carving and preparation knife, something I had never thought of. I also bought a sauté pan, very versatile and my love of cooking has returned. I like to have decent utensils. I love cook shops could spend hours in them. Thank you.
