The quality is superb - nice and sturdy and heavy.
The handle is metal, but doesn't get too hot when cooking. The height of the rim is nice and high to prevent spillages.
It's pricey, but quality is worth it. Well worth the extra pounds.

There is a really nice vibe in this shop, good products, with a spread of different costs to meet your budget, but all quality items. Staff are very pleasant, polite, and helpful.

Don’t give them your email address
The knife sharpener is of good quality and a fair price the staff are nice and helpful.
downside: after giving them my email address for a receipt, they started sending me high pressure sales emails with a 15% discount offer over a period of one week, in which you had to take up the offer in, I did not take up the offer as I found the emails very offensive and the image of the company had changed in my eyes, making emails now blocked.

Disappointed with Return Policy – Inconvenient Process
I recently visited the ProCook store in Basingstoke on Sunday to return a wok that started peeling—and it hasn’t even been a year since we purchased it. While the staff informed us they could only offer an exchange, they didn’t have the same model available in-store. Unfortunately, they didn’t provide us with a voucher, a refund, or even the option to order the replacement online.
As a result, we now have to drive back to the store (a one-hour round trip) just to exchange the item, which is quite inconvenient. I expected a more flexible and customer-friendly return policy, especially for a faulty product. Disappointed with how this was handled—this process could definitely be improved.
