The product was far too poor in quality which I should have anticipated for the price. That's on me, not Procase. However, when I initiated a return I was asked to take pictures prior to approval and told to pay for return shipping and pay a $4.00 restocking charge. Obviously for a $37.00 product it easier to just throw it out or give it away than to go through that hassle and cost. In a world of easy Amazon returns, Procase has set themselves apart as a terrible place for online shopping which requires simple returns. Their practice also ensures that anyone who has to do a return will just shop elsewhere next time. They are stepping over dollars to pick up cents; a free return today leads to another purchase tomorrow. Instead I will be going elsewhere. It behooves Procase to reconsider their return policies. PS, I never write reviews but they sent me an email asking for one so.... careful what you wish for.

Quick delivery, good price and good quality

Avoid! This is a mistake to use the site. The products are misrepresented and grossly overcharged. Customer service does not function. They use FB messenger or email taking two days to have any reply. Further more it is cumbersome to ‘return and refund’ they charge 15% for restocking (for a sheet plastic cover, advertised as a keyboard) and you will pay shipment to return the item. It is outrageously incompetent site.

Construction & quality of material is top notch. I believe the addition of a rip cord for quickly openning the pouch would be a very good idea.

the product was out of stock when I ordered but the support at customer service let me know and told me when to expect it to ship. I agreed to the delay and it arrived 5 day before expected.

I never got the item I ordered for Christmas because after many emails assuring me it was all good they decided it wasn't.

The iPad case is great.
My only problem was I was unable to track the shipping, but my email to the staff was answered very promptly and the case was delivered quickly.

This company is very easy to deal. This is my second time ordering an IPad case from them. In fact I order the same exact one I had. It lasted 4 years for me and I was very pleased with it.

I have been through 3 pro cases on 1 tablet. I still like them the best but ordering from procase is a trial n
futility. Service was lousy... we ordered 2 one was shipped they said the other was processing. Until we contacted them again and sent them back their own email saiyng case 2 was processing it swas finally shipped.
Hope I never have to order from them again.

FANTASTIC Customer Support. While we all hope that we will never need customer support, it is great to know that ProCase has a Prompt, Professional, Courteous staff that is VERY helpful. Excellent products as well. I own a ProCase for both of my Android tablets as well as my Android phone. Just had to replace my phone ProCase after 5 years of daily use.

Fast service, my case was delivered in 5 days. A wonderful case that protects my Microsoft Surface.

The jewelry box came quickly and arrived in good shape. I was only disappointed to find that it was made in China.
