Easy to order and easy delivery with no sweat

I ordered the necklace display. In the photo, they look like they are wood. Upon receiving them, They are not wood but made with some cheap imitation material. I was not satisfied with my purchase.

The case appears to be durable and the price was very good. The stand up stops are shallow and allow the tablet to slip out. A suggestion would be to make the depressions deeper. Also a stop that would allow the top to be 3" high for typing would be good

One Drawback is Lap Work like at a Conference. A little Cumbersome in this Environment like if you have to move once you are set up.

This is a great case. Fits my iPad to a tee and arrived in a timely manner after I ordered it.

Customer service handled the problem I had with my order by providing a replacement for a defective unit.

Replaced my previous pro case of 3+ years, which had developed a crack in the plastic piece above the volume buttons. I was pleased that this replacement had eliminated that piece so that I can again control the volume.

I appreciated the timely delivery once I ordered the new case for my mini iPad.

I like the Procase. At first I wasn’t sure because the pad doesn’t seem to fit in it as well as in the old case. But it seems alright just different. I do love the blue color!

Our original order did not ship. I sent in a Support Request asking for a delivery date. I was informed that our order was placed, but never shipped. When this issue was sorted, the cover arrived about 2-3 weeks after our original order.

It came damaged and I cannot get a replacement.
