It was my firat time interacting and buying one of thwir products.
I am extremely happy with all the process.
I bought the product online and called the actual service line with some questions I had about things like sizes and even online payments, they were absolutely professional, kind and patient as I ask lots of questions.
About the product itself it was what I was expecting, what it was advertised, the quality is what is presented and more important exactly as described, with the function described and it was what I needed.
The delivery was fast and clean, the receipt and invoice immediately given.
All as it should be.

Ordered a back brace. Did not receive the item listed on the website and paid for. I was told that they did not carry that one any longer so they sent a different one. I waited 3 weeks for this item and paid twice as much for it. I ordered from this company because they advertised the one I was looking for. If I wanted the other one I would have ordered it locally and paid less. At this point it would cost me more to send it back to them and for what? To order the same one I could get here? Buyer beware. What they show on their website may not be what you actually get.

I ordered an elbow bandage September 6th. After washing it (handwash) I noticed a little hole in the bandage and asked ProBrace what to do. The same day the customer desk offered me a completely new product for free. It was not necessary to return the other bandage. In my opinion this is worth a five star rating. Thank you so much.
