14 days return window
I find the 14-day return policy quite rigid. First, it's 14 days after the purchase, not delivery. Here, the customer already loses a few days. Second, for this clientele who are usually sick, might need hospitalization or doctors appointment every day, it's easy to miss this deadline. In my case, I missed it by only a few days.
In response to the seller's reply:For clarity: your website states, “Je kunt gekochte artikelen binnen 14 dagen na aankoop retourneren.” If you actually mean 14 days from delivery, you might consider changing this to “levering,” since wording matters.
I happen to be among the customers who fall outside the group for whom “this approach has proven to be more than sufficient.” I expressed my opinion and a need that wasn’t met. It’s clear you’re not open to that, which is entirely your choice, just as it is mine to change the two stars I initially gave to one.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify an important point.
Our 14-day return period starts from the moment of delivery, not from the moment of purchase. In addition, the moment you register the return is leading. After registering, you then have another 10 days to send the brace back to us. This means you do not lose any days due to shipping or processing.
In practice, this approach has proven to be more than sufficient for most customers to evaluate the product and, if necessary, return it. We apply this policy to keep the process clear and fair for everyone.
Return conditions
Product is not in good condition. They seems to have done the return as expensive and difficult as possible

The splint is good
The splint is generally very comfortable, provides good support, and doesn’t cause any pain during use. That said, if you have sensitive skin, be aware that it can get really itchy. I developed a red circle on my forearm from the irritation. I recommend placing a layer of cotton underneath as a barrier to help reduce the itching. Other than that, everything works as intended.
