Products were great quality. Colors just as submitted. Timely delivery.

I wish that my stickers were not as fuzzy of an image. I checked in a few times to make sure my image was clear. Next time, I wish it had been flagged. It still looks great, but it could be better.

I paid for two day service and two day delivery, but it took 7 business days. I didn't have the product in time for my event.

What a disaster! I should've had - NEEDED - the biz cards more than a week ago, now there's a 2-day waiting period for them to find out what happened...
The RIGHT thing for this company to do is print another batch & overnight it to me - but they won't even consider it!
I asked last week for them to look into it - they refused.

This is a fly-by-night outfit, you MAY get what you need at some point - but YOU need to stay on top of it.
They sent me multiple proofs of the other item AFTER it was delivered...

The quality of the labels I ordered was outstanding. They were easy to peel off the backing and adhered to my flat surface without issue. I love everything about them. My only issue was related to product packing… some of the labels fell out of the packaging (presumably during shipping), so I was missing quite a few. However, customer service was fantastic—they did a quick reprint and expedited shipping so I received the missing quantity (and a few more) within a few days. I’ll be ordering again for sure!

Received my order promptly and just as promised.

I called on a Saturday, received proper answers to my questions, received the proof the next day and within a week had my order. Very efficient and friendly team.

I was disappointed as I thought I was getting stickers on a roll and easy to remove, instead the stickers were individual and difficult to remove the back, initially I did not think they were stickers.

To be honest, the cards came out extremely thin and felt very cheap. The overall quality was terrible, and I would never order from here again.

My order sat in queue for over a week due to a “low quality” issue. I tried to cancel because I had already placed the same order with VistaPrint to compare the two. While I was on the phone with a representative, they insisted on moving forward with the order and assured me they would resolve the quality concerns on their end but that never happened.

After comparing both orders, VistaPrint delivered significantly better card quality and much clearer print resolution using the exact same photo upload. Very disappointed with this experience.
