Dealt with Xerox over their impossibly complicated Cashback/Promotion schemes - and Matthew from Printerland (one of the managers) couldn't do enough to help me resolve it.

I would very strongly recommend Printerland. They are UK tax payers, and their customer service is fantastic. I would definitely buy another printer from them.

I bought two toner cartridges for my Lexmark. They didn't work well. Lexmark said it was because they weren't Lexmark cartridges. Maybe it was, or maybe it was a problem with the printer. I any event, Printerland refunded the cost of the cartridges without quibble. This is excellent service.

I bought a laser printer at a very competitive price from Printerland, delivery was as promised next day and the printer arrived undamaged delivered by Parcelforce. The printer was advertised with a 3 year warranty and i was unable to find it on the HP website so i contacted Printerland's help Centre and Vincent Kumar, the Customer service representative found the link on the hp website and completed the registration on my behalf explaining fully the process, within 10 days i had the confirmation from HP that the 3 year care package was now active.

I ordered the printer at a good price from what I thought was a discount box shifter.
But they contacted me to check that I really wanted the model I had ordered as another might be better value- great service in making me aware.

I ordered a printer earlier this month and have now had the item for around 2 weeks. The printer is of great quality and I am incredibly pleased with the product which is exactly as described on the website. Delivery was really fast and the item arrived in secure packaging. Consistent reliable excellent customer service from Wayne Toner and his team over a number of years as a customer. Competitively priced printers and accessories and next day delivery from a good courier (usually Parcelforce in my experience).

I'd definitely come here first if I were buying another printer. The information pre-sale was excellent and significantly greater than elsewhere. It was the only site I could find that had enough of a range to make a thorough comparison and when we'd made up our minds delivery was rapid and trouble free.
