Awful company, worst then the last who were terrible!

Add extra charges to maintenance bill without being done. Also extra charges not related to the building.

Dont listen to concerns. Has been break ins to the building and nothing improved regarding safety issues.

Dont complete maintenance jobs, leave the building unsafe and broken main doors and gates broken for over 3 years.

Would highly avoid. All they care about is money and not about residents or their safety.

I was working at Southside and didnt know the place at all as it was my first time i had ever visited. There was a really warm welcome from a guy called Steve.
Helped me loads with getting around the area. Full of knowledge of the site and local area.
Never caught his surname but genuinely helpful and made my life so much easier.
