Excellent customer service and top quality products

Ordered a T-shaped bespoke granite hearth from Primethorpe Paving. Communication was prompt and the ordering process was easy and efficient. Hearth delivered within a week to exact specifications, and was a high quality product. The customer information that was supplied about the product and delivery was really helpful. I also felt that the price was competitive. This is a company that has superb customer service.

Ordering of samples, then the porcelain slabs was quick and effortless and all the materials were delivered on schedule.

The communication from the point of ordering was excellent. There were some challenges with importing for them but I was kept fully informed and the materials were excellent.

Visited prior to purchase as we live locally, friendly helpful staff, shown the relevant colours of hearth to help us make the correct choice. Ordered online and collected our order again staff happy to help and really pleased with product received.

Exactly customer service. Kept me updated with shipping details. My tradesman was very impressed with the packaging. Not a single crack or mark on any of the 60 tiles I ordered. Highly recommend!

Collected 3m² of Vajiya Gold slate from Primethorpe Paving today and couldn’t be happier with the service. The selection of paving at the farm was impressive, and really well organised. I phoned ahead a few days ago to check stock, and the woman I spoke to was incredibly friendly and helpful. Today, the team were just as great! They offered advice on how to load and safely transport the slate in my car. Highly recommend!

We recently ordered a sample from Primethorpe Paving. We called in to discuss this and they were really helpful. The sample arrived very quickly and the cost was reasonable. We are now looking to visit their showroom, they appear to have a very large range of pavers and at very good prices. Very pleased with the service so far and would recommend.

There was a fine surface crack at one of the internal corners which I’m still trying to polish out with the extra bottle of oil sent out after I questioned the finish. Customer service were too quick to suggest that my moving the stone could be the cause even though it was seen while still on the pallet. I’m also not yet convinced about the finish on the visible edge face. I’ll have to try oil there too.

Really happy with the tiles and coping stones. Excellent quality.
