I've had the pleasure to use PrimeNodes services for both a bare metal server and managed web hosting for a while now. I seriously cannot fault this company in the slightest.
The support and reliability is stellar and consistently exceeds my expectations on all levels. It puts many larger companies offering the same services to shame under all aspects (value for money, support, customer service, performance, reliability, management, etc.)
This is the only hosting company I would currently recommend in a heartbeat. Seriously outstanding. Special mention to William for all your round the clock help recently, this review is the least I can do.

I Have used primenodes for the past few years and have been very happy with everything. They have a great, active support team and a very user-friendly UI.

I don't even know where to start, I could never say that these guys have failed me. Their hosting service is actually out of this world, the customer support is unmatchable and they have just been an absolute delight to work with. I would 1000% recommend these guys to absolutely everyone. I've been using these guys for at least 4 years now and I must say, the best hosting I have ever used. Thank you.

While hardware and everything else is cool and dandy, personal customer support is where I must say, these people are top of the class.

Awesome Servers!
I bought a Ryzen 9 3950X 128GB config. Metallic is super nice. Server was nicely priced and everything worked well. All of the parts were new and unused. I unfortunately had to leave due to me needing a US location. I heard PrimeNodes will receive a US location and I will most likely switch back once it's out.

Their prices may not be on par with some of the other hosting options out there but their reliability and support are out of this world! I'd rather give my money to the guys who help and support their customers rather than being treated like just a number like others out there. 10/10 would recommend any day of the week!

Want a higly configurable server and a flexible company?

Don't go here.

Altough they may seem like they are flexible up front, they are rigid af.

They won't provide a server to your taste, but instead force you to use their preconfigured servers that don't even meet your quote. That while promising configurability!

Expect to pay double for an US server, they probably don't make enough profit otherwise.

The hardware itself is decent, hence the two stars.
Just a giant thickhead in charge of customer support.
