Agree with many of the reviews here (filter to the bad reviews to see) - Prestashop support is awful to work with in terms of refunds. Be very carful before purchasing any third party plugins even prestashop plugins.

At this point I won't be recommending the software to anyone because of the terrible support for the customer and favor of developers. I've since moved on to Shopify for better customer support and verified apps with reviews.

I've attempted multiple times to resolve through tickets and they won't help at all.

Prestashop support your customers / don't favor developers when it comes to customer experience. If you need to charge $10.00 a month to support us on a open-source platform then do so - I don't want the headache of dealing with terrible apps. Neither do the other people who wrote reviews here - at some point you won't have any customers left.

I am using prestashop for some time now and am very satied with it.

Nicolas Sawicki is a smart engineer. For prestashop add-on selection, his advise is really precious and helpful.

every time I go to the shop, I found a right module for my shop. In a fews cases, I made a wrong choise but I received a refund without problems.

My review has been removed. That says something. There are plenty of other open source ecommerce scripts that install from web servers, and I mentioned a list, but Prestashop tried to get this review removed because of the list!

Absolute rubbish no comms, items don't arrive no tracking number for goods very little information at all. Be careful what you order

I just experimented Prestashop for the first time without any knowledge. I impressed by the way we can easily create a shop in few hours. The new version has been migrated on Symfony which is a powerful php framework that give the website strong performance. I strongly recommand it !

Impossible to save the products in back office.

Awful piattaforma where out of a sudden it is not possible to save the product pages unless you go to the coding.

Thanks to Nicolas Sawicki's advices from prestashop, our brand evolved and we can know move forward without worrying about technical issues.

PS is a great shop solution.
Anyway I'd like to ask for some improvements:
- make customer reviews on themes and modules available to everyone
- integrate a full backup and migration function to the basic installation of PS
- provide a more detailed documentation for PS for free
- get professional books about PS out on the market explaining full functionality and implementation guides - for a decent price.
- keep your great work.

Easy to use & many additional tools ! Training lessons were efficient.

There are sellers who are selling crap and prestashop allows them to go on and that makes prestashop unreliable. Presta should support buyers, not bad sellers to be better. You really can loose money and time with presta. ETS-Soft is one good sample, actual upate did not work- seller disappered - no refund- useless module sold by ets and presta. Reviews on page are not real- reviews actually sent by the seller:-) suprisingly good reviews for the product that does not work. Good part is that you can find the "warning " text about the reviews, it honestly is out there like this:

"The reviews were selected by the developer of this product according to the satisfaction expressed by the customers."

Lots of money spent over these years. Basically most modules stopped working after updating the presta so update might be more expensive that most people thinks. Basically presta is like a car without spare parts when needed. Good part is that it is possible to get it working good, but it requires lots of money and that spending will never end.

It was my first shop with no previous experience so was sometimes a difficult learning curve. There was plenty of assistance on the forum and I got it up and running. A more complicated shop than mine would take more skill or time than I had available

The PrestaShop platform is the best choice of you ask us. We are a Platinum PrestaShop partner for the Benelux and have been working with PrestaShop since 2012. They possibilities for PrestaShop are almost endless and this is why its different then the most other CMS.

My site is built completely on prestashop, will forever recommend it cos I'm completely satisfied with it's functions..

They fooled me around with their not-working products, took my money, and don't want to give them back! Interpol should have a closer look at this organization!
