Avoid if you can.

I'd been holding off writing this and had forgotten entirely, but seeing that nothing has improved with this company recently, I felt compelled. The date it happened is not the one stated, (I couldn't go back far enough on the menu.)
Had someone drive into our parked car afew years ago. To get any where, it took months of hours of phone calls, being passed from department to department, promised call backs and emails that never happened and endless times on hold only to get through to "The wrong" department. They kept saying we didn't have the right insurance, then agreed we did when a 3rd party got involved. It's as though 2 people run this business, and run it badly.
They seem to get away with it because unfortunately when you take out insurance, you rarely look into who underwrites it below the front of the insurance broker.
Avoid if you can.

I would give a zero if I could

I would give a zero if I could. They are the underwriters for AA car insurance and have nearly brought husband to tears of frustration. Our car was written off by a stray animal running out infront of it. The AA are not interested and passed to Premier (their underwriters). They either don't answer, don't listen, don't call you back and just don't care. It took 2 days of cajoling for them to pick up the car and another week for them to look at it. Our platinum policy comes with a courtesy car but they refuse to honour this. It's only by the kindness of family that my husband has been able to get to work the past week. If you call them they don't care and say call the AA, if you call the AA they don't care and tell you to call Premier. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Moral to this story, always check the underwriter even if you think you have purchased insurance with a reputable brand. Words cannot describe how awful they are.

Avoid like the plague

The AA use this company!. Tried adding my new car to my existing policy, to be told by these underwriters that my insurance would be an extra £900 a year. 🤡s!! Needless to say I cancelled the entire policy and went elsewhere. These people are an absolute joke. Would have given 0 stars if I could. Avoid!

Scam company! can't be contacted.

I believe Yoga car Insurance company to be a scam company. I have tried every which way to contact them and it's impossible. They only deal with you online, but I can't register as the email never arrives dispite repeated tries. Even when a phoned their claims number I was cut off without speaking to anyone.

AVOID like the plague!

AVOID - CANCELLED MY POLICY AND CALLED IT VOID

Had some flood damage, so contacted OneCall insurance, who passed the buck to Premier to claim for the damage.

All was going well, car was considered a total write off, due to age and water ingress.

So the first problem arrived when, my job title hadn't matched my original job title when signing up with OneCall 3 years ago 👀 so had to explain via email/letter (because they don't do decisions over the phone) I also stated that my renewals were automatic and never given an option to update said "occupation"

Now the second issue arrived, can you explain to me, why and how you've managed to go over your quoted millage.

Simple explanation that due to the wife's car being in the garage, on and off, with electrical braking issues, all proof, with receipts etc, we had to use 1 car between us, for a third of the year.

Ok, please send, all drivers licences front and back, V5 documents, all 3 pages, download driver history, blah blah blah. Done this around 10 days ago.

Went to the garage to get my laptop out of the car and then found out the car had been taken, the garage informed me it was collected a week ago etc, no one told me, company never contacted me to say it was being collected.

I found out it had been taken to Bristol over 170 miles away, No communication.

So I get on the phone start asking questions, saying its bang out of order that it's taken nearly a month to come to a decision, that you've taken my car without asking me, I've been told the cars a complete write off and anything in the car is being sent back to me, it shouldn't be to long before a figure/sum is offered, thanks for that.

2 hours later, recieved an email stating, that because my occupation had changed and that I had gone over my millage quote, the insurance policy was null and void and cancelled with immediate effect.

They then also updated me to let me know it was an offence to be driving without insurance 🤦

The cars a write off and you've impounded it in Bristol. Cancelled my policy because you didnt want to pay out absolute criminals. Happy to take my money for 3 years, the time I needed them, looked for every excuse to not pay out.

Now I'm taking them to the ombudsman.

Stay away from any company, who uses these mugs as underwriters.

Criminal, theft, cheats!!!!

Avoid like the plague!

This company are scammers! I had no fault claim last year and paid the policy excess of £300 as required. Seven months later I got a call from them saying that the excess had been raised to almost double what I had paid! Avoid this company at all costs. They are absolute scammers! I will be writing a report to the Financial Conduct Authority about this very shady company.

Most disgraceful organization I have…

Most disgraceful organization I have ever dealt with. Cannot contact they do not answer the phone. Insured through AA insurance who I thought were a reputable company. When we needed to make a claim AA just passed the buck saying contact Premier. Joke Premier border on the criminal. Do not reply to questions tell their customers nothing and are a complete disgrace. Do NOT under any circumstances use AAinsurance who merely pass on claims to a discredited underwriting firm.

AVOID

AVOID, Very concerned. I purchased my insurance via price comparison and selected YOGA insurance who are apparently underwritten by One Call Claims, after making a claim via them my claim was then rejected and sent to Premier. I heard nothing so tried to call them. Its now 3 weeks after first submitting my claim and I still haven't spoken to a human. I have spent a total of 6 hours on hold to their claims line, I have sent 4 emails and completed 3 web submissions via the website with zero response. My car is falling to bits from the accident and I'm concerned it's never going to get fixed, the premium paid is quite literally theft as they offer no service when needed. I'm going to the ombudsman.

I bought insurance through a comparison…

I bought insurance through a comparison website and my insurer was oneclaims insurance. Apparently the underwriters are these guys. I ensured that I added my extras to the claim like courtesy car and windscreen protection, legal etc. Had an accidental damage to car about 2 weeks ago -still waiting for their engineers review the damage from the invoice sent by the garage. Oh and of course no courtesy car, they are subject to availability and they are not available for the next 8 weeks. When you try to ring this company takes about 20 minutes to speak to someone, no manager ever available and no one ringing you back. Worst possible experience. I shall take this complaint further. Absolutely shocking ! Avoid

Same experience as various other…

Same experience as various other reviews, put a claim in heard nothing for weeks, everytime you ring to chase them you're on hold for hours (literally). If you're reading these reviews prior to purchasing insurance my advice is absolutely go elsewhere.

AVOID!

AVOID!! Absolutely the worst insurance company ever! Spent half an hour on the phone requesting a windscreen replacement, and was assured someone from the windscreen company would call me. Still haven’t had contact three days later. Apparently I now have to ring again as there’s no record of my request on “The Portal”. The only response I’ve had is half a dozen emails asking me about my customer satisfaction which is obviously zero!

I have just tried to add my 33 year old daughter to my policy as a named driver, passed test 2007, full time employment, own home, no convictions, accidents, penalties etc. My request was refused and they want me to take out another policy, although mine has 160 days to run! This company should be shut down. You pay the money and get precisely nothing in return.

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service. I opened an issurance claim after being passed on from my insurer Bank of Scotland. This is a company they use as a 'broker' to handle their claims.
After a week of no contact I attempted to phone them. Its impossible to get through after hours of being on hold. BTW this involves being forced to listen to what they assume is news you need to hear - over and aver again.
I really am at a loss as to what to do next. I am going to attempt to go through the insurance ombudsman
Avoid this company if you possibly can

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. No proactive customer service at all - in the 7 weeks since the accident they have not once contacted me without me having to contact them. Spent hours on the phone every time I did call trying to get updates. Eventually received a very low offer for the car (total write off). - stock response that we should send in examples from auto trader - we did, but revised offer still low - advised we can challenge one more time before going to the ombudsman. At this point we gave in, as I'm sure most people would. When I called to accept the claim (less than 6k GBP) I was told it would be 3-5 days before two managers approved the claim and a further 3-5 days before I received the funds... Unbelievable in 2022...

Shocking company, avoid at all costs.

Raised a claim with this company over two months ago. Have not had any updates or progress on the claim. Takes ages to reach a customer service representative and every time I am told they will call me back and they never do. Absolutely shocking service and will be raising a complaint with the Ombudsman. Avoid at all costs.

I'd give a zero if it was available

I'd give a zero if it was available. This company must be staffed by one person because it takes hours to get through to talk to anyone. I've had to call 3 times now, 1st to get an update on a claim, 2nd because I didn't get a call back the very next morning as promised, 3rd because when I tried the 2nd time and did get through the person disconnected the call. Each time I've had to wait well over an hour. Absolute shambles of a company.

I insured my car with Premier…

I insured my car with Premier underwriting through autonet.
Week later autonet informed me that policy is being cancelled by insurer and i need to pay 25 or 50gbp for misinforming them (i added my recent motorcycle claim as closed because i received settlement , however my bike insurer didn't close it yet).
I phoned Premier directly and lovely guy after checking all files told me that they don't know anything about it and as it was a bike claim it shouldn't be picked up on. He put me on hold, phoned Autonet and a few minutes later told me not to worry about anything as Autonet will cancel their insurance cancelling letter. Brilliant!!
Class customer service.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs, do not trust, it is a ripping off company like other insurance companies but this one is worse. They had stole more than 120 pounds from me. Choose someone else but this one! Someone hit my car and was never paid for it but my premium went up. I will seek legal advice. DO NOT MAKE ANY INSURANCE WITH THIS ONE!!! Avoid!!!
