This was my first time contracting to premier sports and I had a problem with pricing. My problem was dealt with by a gentleman called Mike, who sorted out the problem in a fairly short time which has allowed me to continue watching. Thanks and here's to many hours of viewing.

I raised an issue on the AI Chat page that was forwarded to the Customer Services team to deal with.
Jacob dealt with my query promptly and efficiently and emailed back with a full explanation.
He also dealt immediately with a follow-up I sent.
His emails were friendly and polite in tone.
If only all companies' Customer Services were as efficient and polite. Thank you.

Customer service was excellent on my recent enquiry, it was dealt with swiftly, politely and very clear and I've got the package that suits my sporting interests, I've been a satisfied customer of Premier Sports now for 3 or 4 years and I feel the pricing is very fair..

Kind and efficient

I had an excellent experience with Premier Sports customer support, thanks to Max.
I initially had an issue accessing the TV channels because I had subscribed to the online streaming service instead of the Premier Sports TV channels. Max quickly identified the problem, transferred my service to my new Sky viewing card, and followed up to make sure everything was working correctly. The channels were available straight away after the update.
Max was professional, friendly, and communicated everything clearly throughout the process. They also confirmed my payment had been received and were transparent about what they could and couldn't assist with regarding PayPal rewards, pointing me in the right direction.
The issue was resolved efficiently, and I really appreciated the prompt and helpful service. A great example of excellent customer support. Thank you, Max!

After purchasing Premier sports we had difficulty adding it to our Sky channels but David was absolutely great helping us and fixed our problem.

I had a issue signing up because my email address isn't a standard '.co.uk', '.com' address. Contacted PS customer services and David resolved the issue quickly, profesionally and everything now works! Really impressed with the assistance I received.

I want to thank the support staff at Premier Sports supporting Canada in resolving my issue of moving my subscription from a monthly to yearly plan. Sasha and Steve initially, but when the problem persisted right up to the opening weekend of the Nations Championship, Scofield came to my rescue to ensure I never missed any games, which was truly appreciated, thank you! A shout out also to Premier Sport for coming to the rescue of rugby starved fans in Canada, who have long been denied access to view top quality games!

Got my Premier sports upand running no problem the customers service gentleman was first class very helfull and respectful at all times

I was sent my annual renewal email and then saw that new subscribers were being offered the same for £20 less - not much but as with a lot of companies, new customers more important than loyalty. I contacted PS to query and Scofield from customer services quickly sorted my query.

Called re a billing problem. Mike politely clearly quickly resolved the issue

Recently had to contact Premier sports to confirm I had correctly changed my debit card number.Spoke to a very professional and friendly man who was more than easy to deal with.
Would give him a gold star and 10/10.
