Great product Free delivery, issue with communication early on but this was resolved, after that communication was excellent,

After being cheated by Grassbros (Nick Hale), I decided to buy new fake turf from PremierGrass.
I went to their office this time. Abdul their sales person was amazing. He help me with all the calculation. He gave me very useful information and help me arranging everything. Delivery was fast. After we concluded installation, I went to get sand to put on top and again he follows the job like I never seen from another company. I am very happy and strongly recommend Premier grass for all your fake turf needs. Their price is good as well.

Great price, Quality and delivery time. What more can you ask for? Its difficult to have normal grass with dogs, but this has solved that. Thanks Guys for a great service.

Order was for a tricky L shaped garden.
With the sales teams advice I was able to actually save money simply in how the grass was cut and came off the roll minimising to only needing one join. Quality was of the highest grade compared to my previous two properties and arrived within a week of order.
All around a simple and satisfying experience.
Would and know doubt will use again.

Right from getting the samples to placing the order everything was smooth as silk they kept us informed at all times grass was delivered right on time by there friendly helpful driver the finish is amazing excellent quality really impressed with everything.

Excellent product and a nice, proactive company to deal with. Delivery was faultless, being on time, dedicated to Premier deliveries and the products were well packaged and clearly labelled. An example of Premier "going the extra mile" was the phonecall to say they were changing my order at their cost to ensure all the grass was from the same batch. Short version - do not hesitate to use them.

Had Premier35 suggested to me by my landscaper. So glad I went with his recommendation, he done a excellent job laying it and it looks great. A good brush up now and again keeps it looking lively. The dogs love it. Rolling around and running up and down. No problems with the dogs mess. Comes up easy and if needed a spray down with the hose sorts and leftovers. Drains water well. So nice to have some green in the garden.

Dealt with Premier grass now for a couple of years, always well stocked, excellent customer service and more importantly as the name suggests Premier products. Always happy to recommend.
