I had unresolved tax problems from years ago. Precision not only resolved them , but refunded part of their fees because my case turned out to be less complicated than they originally anticipated . I highly recommend them if you owe back taxes and feel overwhelmed by it all.

Amazing company and expectations exceeded. Over 140k in debt, years of non filing compliance, IRS would not give me a passport, and emptied my bank account multiple time. Precision tax in Westland is by far the best tax company we have ever used. Tim and his team are by far the best for any tax questions you have and are very professional.

Our tax debt was the result of a huge mistake in judgment, and there was no way we could come close to settling it, as the IRS demanded. We contacted Precision Tax for help, and Jessica Smith was assigned to our case. Jessica was most pleasant, professional, non-judgmental, and incredibly patient.

Negotiation with the IRS was not easy. There were many frustrating and, frankly, ridiculous IRS requests along the way. But Jessica persevered through every challenge. In the end, she was able to secure a very reasonable payment agreement. We truly did not think that was possible.

Contact with Jessica was via telephone and email, never in person. Never-the-less, we developed a kind of personal relationship, and dealing with her was a breadth of fresh air during a very troubling time. We are extremely grateful for Jessica’s dedication and professionalism, and we would highly recommend her to anyone dealing with tax debt.
