I had several years of unfiled taxes. I live in SF Bay area and I don't even remember how I reached out to Precision Tax in Cour de'Laine, Idaho. But I am so glad I did. Nice people, very professional. They just took charge, identifying my predicament. My point person was Jinny. She is sweet and very knowledgeable. The most impressive observation was that she knows how to talk to the IRS to help alleviate my predicament. She has cred. So after a year or so with delinquent filings reported and back taxes paid, I now have a zero balance with the IRS. Stupid mistake but with the help of Precision Tax, great result.

The service was non judgemental, made me feel taken care of at each step, and got me through a hard time. I appreciate the company, everyone who worked with me, especially Naomi and her direct, insightful, and helpful information closing my case successfully.

When the IRS comes after you it can be a terrifying experience. Trying to work directly with them with little knowledge of your rights and options is extremely stressful, and of course they do their best to scare you into submission. That all changed when I reached out to Precision Tax Relief. From our first conversation on the telephone they were able to discuss options and relieve a lot of stress for me. Over the course of several months they worked directly with the IRS on my behalf and reduced my debt by tens of thousands of dollars and got a monthly payment plan setup for me which I can afford. They were always responsive and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. If you are in a similar situation I highly recommend contacting them and letting them go to work for you. I wish I had done it much sooner!
