Brilliant Makita tool and quick delivery and GOOD price

It did not go well. I don’t blame PTW entirely. I don’t really want to complain but I feel lessons can be learned so I will say what happened. I laced my order online no issue I saw my order promptly making its way through the system. Delivery should have been quick but the courier missed the trunk connection. That was ok. But instead of making delivery my package was out for delivery the next day so 3 days later my package arrived. The annoying thing for a customer is you get an email saying there has been a delay with no update. This is frustrating. The other thing was PTW did not attach my invoice so I had to make another call 5 in total to request it as I needed it to register my product for warranty. This had been done for past orders why not this order.

Purchased a Makita brush cutter. Arrived quickly, but unfortunately the images on the item listing did not match the contents of the package. Hidden away in the small print I can actually now see that the brush cutting metal blade and grass cutting plastic blade are not listed in the contents. However, they appear in the pictures of the product and in fact have their own picture as part of the listing, with the clear interpretation to any normal person that they are included. Buying a “brush cutter” that showed the blades you would expect that it would have these, but no they are not included. So in fact not a brush cutter but a strimmer. Disappointed annoying.

Ordered replacement Hitachi battery. Arrived swiftly and fair price.
