Wera screwdriver and 30 bit set. £80 but quality tools. Didn't want to carry loads of screwdrivers so this particulr model was the ultimate choice. Ratchet, reversable, locked, internal bit storage, e... See more

Power tool World Excellent
All aspects of viewing, ordering and delivery were excellent. Very pleased overall and the item I bought was well priced.
Power tool world good service.
Power tool world were really quick and efficient, sending the tool out next day. Can’t fault them. Unfortunately DPD aren’t as good. They arrived next day, the driver said oh sorry the van was too full, I left it in the depot. That was Friday I didn’t get the tool till Monday,

Ordered a makita leaf vac which was a good price but didn’t get delivered as promised I was informed in the afternoon of delivery day that the item had been returned by DpD and I would receive a refund!! When I phoned to ask why I was told that the label had come off so dpd had returned it which actually meant I had no item which I had planned to use as soon as recieved but instead I had no item and would not receive the refund for minimum 7-10 days so had to reorder item and pay and then wait for refund ie paying twice but still no item not great service really 🤔 Gary Bryant
Dreadful company. Avoid.
I paid £45.45 for a jigsaw.
The first delivery attempt (Monday) was to premises a mile away. I received a “sorry we missed you” email from DPD.
The second attempt (Tuesday) was, presumably, to the same premises. This time they sent a photograph of a road-closed sign and again claimed they had “missed me”.
On Wednesday I was notified that delivery would take place on Thursday. Again, no delivery. I stress that I was at my premises all day on every day they were supposed to deliver.
Meanwhile, I was in contact with Power Tool World’s Help Desk, who asked whether I wanted a refund or re-delivery. I explicitly requested re-delivery.
Imagine my surprise when I subsequently received a credit note. Imagine my fury when I saw it was for only £39.45: they had deducted the delivery charge for their failed deliveries and £6.00 for “restocking” an item I had specifically asked them to re-send.
They have now acknowledged that the first delivery went to the wrong address, that there was no delivery attempt on Thursday, and that they failed to action my re-delivery request.
A completely avoidable catalogue of failures, leaving me with days of wasted time and considerable frustration.

very bad experience
very bad experience, the order arrived incomplete with no original packaging, items missing and the customer service was horrible and didn't deal with it at all or compensate. I would not recommend them

Super.Thank you.
DO NOT Waste your time or money
DO NOT Waste your time or money, business or private, they have no interest if you buy from them or not, they won’t help you if there’s an issue. Move on to another company.
All good until anything goes wrong.
Good pricing and fast delivery, until something goes wrong. Dewalt grinder was faulty out of the box, which they wouldn't act upon until l agreed to more of there T&Cs.
Lots of emails and phone calls, totally unnecessary stress.
I then spoke to Dewalt Uk, who couldn't have done more, grinder renewed/replaced within 3 days. Very happy with this Dewalt product.
I wish there was an option for 0 stars.
If there was an option for zero stars, they would get it. What a useless company. Been waiting 11 days for a returns label, and every person you speak to is more useless than the last. Get told they will try and hurry it up. It’s been 11 days, what is there you need to do? Ask to speak to a manager and apparently managers don’t exist at that company… Honestly the worst company and customer service we have ever come across. Just don’t bother wasting your money with them.

So far the new returns process is absolutely shit, so many times
I've had to chase up e mails to get a returns RMA number. If I had bought this battery from Screwfix or Toolstationit would have already been resolved, I could have returned it or exchanged it straight away. Next time I'm just going to go somewhere else, anywhere will do as long as its not this company.
