In General a good experience
In General a good experience. Only one small gripe and this is that packaging that my Dewalt dch274 came in. The SDS drill was rattling about in the package with no protective wrap or indeed a manufacturers box.
I dont want to detract from the fact that the delivery was quick and the service good but i would suggest that the company review its packaging arrangements and wherever possible make sure that the products they sell are adequately protected.
