Absolutely the worst customer service ever,, when I tried to make a return. Shipping took days, and at one point tracking showed the product was returned to them, then shipped again. DO NOT GUVE THIS... See more

Your product was disappointing. The adhesive didn’t hold it in place. The material it is made of could be firmer.

My phone experience was very easy
My phone experience was very easy. The rep new exactly what I was looking for and made it easy to order. The shipment arrive ahead of schedule.
Powerstep has great customer service!
Glad that I could order the insoles that I needed at a fair price from the manufacturer eliminating a waste of time trip to the doctors office, a wait in the office, and the trip back - two hours worth of time. Shipping was quick. Representative Catherine Barclay was helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Wish I'd had talked to her years ago.
Slippers are Awesome!
Site was easy to navigate.
I ordered 2 pairs of inserts and sizing was easy to determine. I ordered a pair of the PowerStep slippers and believe me the slippers are fantastic! They are extremely comfortable. My package arrived quickly and without any issues.

I love the "spring" I get when I walk using Powerstep. I also appreciate the support at the heel. My only complaint would be that I would like more cushion for the ball of the foot--it feels hard there.
I was diagnosed with planter…
I was diagnosed with planter faschiatis. The doctor sold me the powerstep in soles. I have 90%less pain. To me that was a winner!

Great product for aching heels

I've found their products and delivery excellent.
Powerstep Original Provides Arch Support
I love the firmness, stability and great arch support of Birkenstocks. I added Powerstep Original insoles to a pair of Italian boots that have poor lateral stability and no arch support. The Powerstep Original Insoles provide the firm support, stability and arch support that I need. I am impressed.
Diabetic Tri-laminate Insoles
I ordered the Tri-laminate Diabetic insoles because they appeared to be much thinner than the ones prescribed for me by my doctor several years ago. They were, in fact, much thinner. That's the good news. The not-so-good news is that they were so wide, I couldn't get them into my shoes. They are trimmable, but, they also appeared to be so hard that I feared there would be no give to them at all. Rather than try to trim them to fit and then find out they were much too hard, I chose to return them. I give Powerstep high marks, however, for customer service. The young lady I spoke with was quite friendly and informative.
For a better walk
They are really nice and soft as well as comfortable on every portion of your feet and legs i highly recommend them to everyone the representative was really courteous and helpful
I have loved other pairs of inserts I…
I have loved other pairs of inserts I have gotten previously. This time I went with the higher arch type, unfortunately the heel cup is also bigger. This pushes my foot forward so much that my toes rub on the front of my shoe. I don't wear these much. So, just get the regular kind, not the max ones.

Cure for sore feet
I have worn these inserts for years with great results.
They were friendly each time I called…
They were friendly each time I called and emailed them concerning their product. They explained the difference between the products they sell. The warranty was also explained.
I purchased three pairs of inserts. I love them. These support my arch nicely. The metatarsal pad is built in. I try to buy the metatarsal pads separate and it did not work for me. It actually was too thick compared to the ones that were built in. I asked if there was something they could do to help me since I had already bought some inserts from them. They did assist me and I am appreciative for their help and their product.
Runs a little small
Runs a little small. I wear a 10 and had to reorder an 11.
Comfortable and great arch support. I always wear them around the house.
I love my shoe inserts
I love my shoe inserts. I've used them forover half-a-dozen years, and my foot problems are largely resolved. Great product: the inserts that come when you purchase shoes-- even the most expensive brands-- are cheap and inadequate versions. Rip them out, throw in the trash, and replace with the Powerstep version that is literally ten times more effective. PS: replace your Powerstep inserts every year if you wear a given pair of shoes quite a lot.
