Got exactly what I ordered and online…
Got exactly what I ordered and online experience was great and easy. The package took a little longer than I expected but did arrive. Both boxes containing the headlight bulbs were pretty smashed because they weren't wrapped in any bubble wrap or anything. They were shipped in a lightly padded envelope that allowed the small boxes to be smashed and dented. Hopefully the bulbs will work. Have not installed them yet.

Really long delivery, not ideal
Bulbs work fine, but coming from big manufacturers they will from any seller.
One set was incorrect fit for vehicle which was disappointing having used the reg plate check. This isn’t the real issue though. Why does it take 10 days to get bulbs sent out? When people order bulbs for vehicles we NEED the bulbs ASAP. If every other company can do it in 2 days why would we bother with powerbulbs??? I certainly won’t again.

Perfect bulbs, good value, deliver not so great!
Bulbs were perfect for my car and were at a very reasonable price, would have been 5 stars but they arrived in a standard Jiffy bag that was crushed in the post! The bulb boxes were also damaged, luckily they were still in working order. Did contact to complain, apparently passed on to the manager!
