Potential Abusive Charges

Careful! They "sell" you a CREDIT Card, which happens to have money as much as you deposit on it! No CREDITS from this "bank". They apply a maintenance fee, but their service lacks minimal standards of communication. Staff very often performs ignorance, frustration and arrogance! Also be careful of their "exchange rate". For a 500 USD transaction with their card in Prague, they "convert" the expenses as 520 USD. ..because they convert the local CZ currency to Euro; from Euro to ALL currency, and from ALL to USD. They call this "NORMAL". AVOID FIB BANK ALBANIA AS MUCH AS YOU CAN!

The service at Fi Bank is scandalous

The service at Fi Bank is scandalous! In addition to endless delays for a simple loan, they demand an application fee just to review the request, regardless of whether the answer is positive or negative. This abusive fee does not exist in any other bank! These are unscrupulous thieves. I advise you to avoid them at all costs!
