I purchased plastic champagne flutes in 478 pieces and almost 80 pieces were damaged, it was a terrible experience for me but after that, I contacted with customer service and they made full refund for the broken items. For this reason, I can recommend them.

I needed a VAT receipt for my online order. I raised a support ticket and requested one. My request was ignored. No Reply! No Receipt.
It is a legal requirement to provide a VAT Invoice / Receipt for a purchase if one is requested.
