We had a really great time at Potters. Everything was good from the food, entertainment and staff.

What a brilliant stay at potters lots to do everybody really friendly the rooms are lovely beds so comfy food amazing and the shows exceptional

A great range of enjoyable activities, delicious food and entertainment! The staff are friendly and helpful providing a great service. The standard rooms could be a little more spacious, but they are clean and functional. Some of the equipment for the activities needed attention as they were not always working correctly. But overall a great place to have fun with friends.

We had a wonderful time at Potters Five Lakes. All the staff were amazing especially our waitress Lois. The rooms were so comfortable and kept beautifully clean. The food was delicious and we never had room for a midnight snack! There were plenty of things to do and the entertainment was so professional. Definitely going back

So much to do,great evening entertainment, polite helpful staff what’s not to like,have already advised some friends of ours about five lakes holidays who quickly booked up have now returned home singing your praises like us.

All the staff make you feel welcome and seek to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Rooms are kept very clean and the beds are super comfortable and rooms well appointed. Restaurant is light and airy and serves a great range of foods with attention being paid to people with allergies or intolerance. Servers are helpful and quickly resolve any issues should they arise. Entertainment is wide and varied from the morning right through to the early hours; with a range of fun activities, quizzes, music, bingo and high quality musical shows in the evening.

You are made welcome from the moment you arrive. The food, the entertainment and activity's suited for all. If you have special need's re food they will do their best to help just tell them when booking they are also helpful with access re mobility just tell them. During school holidays children are welcomed and catered for with extra activity's added they wont be bored.

We have recently returned from a break at potters resort, hopton and had an amazing break as usual. This time we also brought along my sister and her american husband to sample the magic of potters. It did not dissappoint. We all had a wonderful stay. The entertainment was first class as was the food and all of the many staff who go out of their way to make your break as memorable as possible. My american relations were completely blown away by the quality of everything and said they would return in abheartbeat the next time yhey are in the uk. Thank you potters once again for a perfect famiky break.

We have been twice this year, once to Hopton and once to the 5 lakes, loved them both.
Loads of activities, drinks and food good and plentyful, Staff wonderful. Lovely pool areas, great shows, cant fault them at all.

Great weekend but village room in 700 block a bit too far for us to walk comfortably. At our age would have hoped for bit nearer accommodation. Food and entertainment very good as always. Our third visit so they must be getting something right. Recommended.

I have been to Potters several times and I have never found anything to complain about.From start to finish all is first class.Carry on the good work.

Myself, my husband and my father spent a weekend at Potters resort.
We were pleasantly surprised at the activities we could do, for example, rifle target shooting, laser shooting, archery etc.
The evening shows were really good, we thought the cabaret room was impressive, plenty of seating.
The food was good, most days the choice was great, and we found the food hot and tasty.
We did have a few issues with the under
cooked dessert, which we did report to the staff.
The waiters and waitress were polite, friendly and helpful.
There was plenty of choices when it came to the drinks within the all inclusive deal.
The only disappointment was the room myself and my husband stayed in, it was very basic, wardrobe space was small and very few cupboard space, for your clothes etc.
My father had a nicer room, bigger bathroom, wardrobe and cupboard space.
However it was clean and warm so happy to deal with lack of space.

The parking was a bit of an issue, as you didn't get a guarantee parking space,
basically first come first served system.
I would have thought you would have have a dedicated parking space for each room.

I visited Five Lakes just 3 weeks ago for a 4 day break along with 5 friends. From the moment we arrived we were made so welcome and our every need was catered for. We had the most amazing time, so much to do but not enough time to do it all. We will be back. All staff were wonderful. The food was delicious. Accommodation excellent. Thank you Potters for a fantastic time.

The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The food is excellent and the entertainment second to none.

We had a fabulous time at Potters Hopton, the food, entertainment and all the activities made it more fun with all our family in attendance to celebrate my 70 th birthday, ALL the safe where polite and attentive, and the weather was perfect.

It was my husbands first visit , we had an amazing time, haven’t laughed so much fora long time
The accommodation was perfect being within a short distance of the restaurant ect, the food, service and entertainment was absolutely brilliant, so thank you

We were at Hopton for this break.
Through rain and shine there is always so much to do here and at Five Lakes.
You can see the enjoyment on everyone's face where ever you go on resort. Can't fault them.
